Jurisdiction and applicable law
The English courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to, a visit to our site. With respect to users in the United States, if for any reason a court in the U.S. does not recognize the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts, you agree that the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York shall have sole and exclusive jurisdiction to hear and decide any such claim.
These terms of use and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.
